From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'SharedCommonsBoard' began with a humble vision: to deliver real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Started by the Rossi family in 1985, our little pizzeria initially was a modest, family-owned shop, drawing on family recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza-making during her time in Italy, apprenticing with accomplished pizza chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. She returned to the UK, bringing with her the resolve to craft the quintessence of true Italian pizza, honoring classic techniques and choosing premium ingredients.
Our journey began with a tiny space of only 12 seats and has since blossomed into a cherished community fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and authenticity has remained steadfast. We continue to employ the traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough by hand each day, and seek out the finest ingredients available.
To this day, 'SharedCommonsBoard' is still family-led, with the subsequent generation of the Rossi family steering our devoted crew. Despite embracing new methods and technologies, the core essence of our business continues unchanged: delivering delectable, true-to-roots pizza that unites people.
